Studies after studies (cited on our site) reveal hard data depicting the prevalence of substance use disorder, depression, anxiety and suicide ideation in the legal profession. The Legal Industry is a very noble profession, it just isn’t for everyone. ex judicata’s mission is to offer a pathway from law to business including education, career advice, and job opportunites for the transitioning attorney.
To begin to build our Corporate Social Responsibility Program, we are launching EXJ Gives Back, $1 per every new job poster and new job seeker will be donated to Experience Camps. Experience Camps is an award-winning national nonprofit that transforms the lives of grieving children through summer camp programs and innovative, year-round initiatives. Through compassion, connection, and play, we allow grieving children to embody a life full of hope and possibility. By amplifying their voices, we are creating a more grief-sensitive culture.
